About
Built in 1620 and later used as the Dutch city hall, Museum Fatahillah has a rich history, serving roles like the West Java Administration Office and Military Command Headquarters. In 1974, it was inaugurated as a museum by Governor Ali Sadikin. Today, it houses 23,500 artifacts, including Tarumanegara inscriptions, historical cannons, and prehistoric tools, showcasing Jakarta's heritage.
