Users can cancel their booking for a Lease Vehicle by contacting WAHDAH via email or phone:

All cancellation requests must be communicated directly to WAHDAH through the above channels for smooth processing.
Refund Eligibility:
- Full Refund: If the booking is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Partial Refund: If the booking is canceled within 24 hours before pick-up, a penalty of one day’s lease charge will apply (calculated from the base price, excluding promo codes or discounts). Additionally, a 5% processing fee will be charged. Insurance purchases are non-refundable.
- No Refund:
- After pick-up time or in the event of a "No Show".
- If the booking is canceled after a downgrade request within 24 hours of pick-up.
- If the registered driver fails to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time.
- If the user neglects to collect the vehicle without prior notice.
- If the rental period is shortened less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
Refund Process:
- The User must contact WAHDAH within the specified time to request a refund.
- Provide the invoice and/or any relevant evidence.
- Respond to any further requests for information.
- WAHDAH must be notified about any issues with the vehicle and efforts made to resolve them.
- Refunds will be processed to the WaCash account after the vehicle returns. For deposits, withdrawal is allowed after 10 days from return.
