in my 20+ years of driving arround with car rentals around the world - I have never seen a team so professional - as wahdah! I am seeing a high level of consistency in their performance and commitment - exceeding my expectations every time. This time kudos go to Hasan and his team.Hasan offered to drop me ... I accidentally took the keyless car key. It didn't occur to me...until I got a very calm and composed message from the wahdah team - I offered to return the keys the next day - but they made a plan to get their contact to collect it form me. Syuwari the contact was extremely professional as well. I can only say I am so impressed with their capabilities !!! this is a benchmark best practice! thank you Hasan and Syuwari!
