To check if guests have wifi/data roaming because messages on WhatsApp are missed when one is travelling due to not having data roaming/internet. To perhaps provide touch n go cards and a mobile phone holder for a better experience for guests.

Compliment. Customer service staff, Mirza is very helpful. He attempts to assist in queries and reply promptly. Hero, Arif has been pro-active. He texted to confirm the delivery time. Suggestion. The Touch n Go card is widely use in malaysia. It would be helpful if Wahdah can provide the sale of the card for the convenience of your customers.
