I’m a long time customer of Wahdah & always impressed with the punctuality, good customer service & quality rental car it provided. However the recent rental car (Honda City) was rather old & paint work really bad with many scratched marks. Anyway I still proceed considering it’s only for 3 days rental. On final day, Miss Izz ( hero) pointed to me there’s a new scratched mark in front of the bumper which I did not noticed initially. She mentioned I might have to pay for the new scratches. I will be very disappointed if your company proceed to deduct my deposit. Please do not disappoint a loyal customer

WAHDAH Car Rental has been amazing. We are from overseas (Australia) and dealing with WAHDAH from the very beginning via website and WhatsApp, to the pickup and drop off process has been outstanding. Communication has been 5 star and the entire process was very smooth and easy. Every single Staff at WAHDAH I’ve dealt with has been excellent. They even helped me with the TapandGo, lending me a tag for the time I had the car. Another great options is the drop off and pickup at hotel (small additional cost).
