Just a feedback for your company to take note and consider. As I had returned the rental car almost 1 day earlier (about 20 hours) maybe the company could consider granting a refund of the unused hours of rental. Another point was your Facebook had posted that your company provide shutter service to and from Jb Sentral to your Hub but when I enquired about it when I returned the car , I was told that as I had opted for returning the car direct to the hub , the company do not cater to customer request to send JB Sentral even though the shutter van was available. I think this is bad customer service and the advertisement is misleading !!!! The advertisement should state that the shutter service is provided for customers who opted to take delivery and return the car at Johore Sentral . Other than that everything is great !!!

Great service at pick-up and drop-off!

We were fully satisfied with the offer, communication and service. Normally we use Rental cars to rent a car through, all cars were sold out so we searched rentals around the KLIA, found Wahdah and arranged everything via WhatsUp in half an hour. In next 2 hours we had our car brought to our hotel. The only small miscommunication was around the return as we do not know the airport so it took some time to meet a guy who started to communicate with us a day before via WhatsUp.
