When can I withdraw my deposit?

The "Withdrawal" button will appear 10 days after the vehicle is returned. For example, if you return the car on January 1st, you can withdraw starting January 11th.

To withdraw your deposit, click on profile > WaCash/Deposit. The "Withdrawal" button will appear as below and your withdrawal amount will states under "available balance". Click on "Withdrawal" button > key in your bank account details > and click on submit. 

*Your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. However, bank account details required for backup purposes in case the initial refund to the original payment method failed.
