The car was in great condition, only 20K km. Customer service communication very smooth, reply instantly. The guys, who delivered the car to KLIA, helped me to top up my tap'n'go card. All transactions were done smoothly and on time, no issues whatsoever. Overall an amazing service which I will 100% use again when renting a car in MY in the future. Great job, Wahdah team!

Although the booking system is slow, repetitive and only confirmed after messaging a human. The service was great at collection and when I needed to exchnage my car, due to a minor fault, again it was no issue and dealt with, within 5 minutes of arriving at the rental location, with no warning of my arrival. At the end of the rental period drop off was as slick as the collection, with a quick check of fuel level and for any bodywork damages. all done in under 5 minutes. Overall very happy.

The assistant assigned to me was very responsive and there was no problem picking up the car even though my flight was delayed by about two hours.
