I understand my flight arrival was delayed from 20.00 to 23.00, therefore the car handover kind of made in a rush situations, we could not see/ check the car thorougly to ensure previous dent is verify together, or please make like in european/ american rental car, they have preidentified list of picture of previous dent on the car so the next renter have a peace of mind of which one they did and which not did not. Other than that all awesome, my return car hero help a lot during car hand over. He did a thorough checking on the car. Similar excercise or sop expected to be done during car hand over to customer. Thank you

This is my first time using WAHDAH. I had never heard of it, and I was very skeptical at the very beginning. Boy, was I wrong! This is the best car rental platform ever. I was assisted by a guy known as TJ. He was very prompt, constantly reminding me, professional, punctual, and super friendly. He is a very sincere and honest person. I forgot my wallet in the car, and he contacted me to let me know. He was also very helpful; since I’m not a local, he assisted me in getting a Touch 'n Go card. The car was very clean, very new, and in excellent condition, providing a smooth driving experience. I guess this is the best experience I have had so far regarding customer service while on holiday here with my family. I have tried to rent from others before, but I have never experienced service like WAHDAH. They are just different, offering tip-top customer service. I have no regrets and will definitely recommend them and rent from here again. Kudos!

I collected the vehicle (Toyota Voxy 2.0A) from JB and returned it in Penang. Prior to the collection and return, the staff was prompt in answering my queries and the handing/taking over process was a breeze. Hafiz was very detailed and helpful when handing over to vehicle. And I really appreciate the kindness of Aiman, who drove my family to the nearby KTM station during the drop off in Penang. Will definitely rent vehicle from Wahdah again when I go for my next road trip in Malaysia. Thank you Wahdah.
