Process is smooth, Person-in-charge is punctual on both delivering and collecting. A great car to drive, smooth handling, very cosy, exterior and interior looks brand new, super clean. Regarding the Agent: I should specially thank to Mohemed Hafiz who waited for 3 hours for me. There was a huge queue in Malaysia immigration. I came to collect the car at 11 AM. But Hafiz was patiently waiting for me since 8 AM. He is a wonderful gentleman. Thank you Hafiz. Car: It was a highly comfortable car. Quite new. 37400 km only. Suspension is smooth. I do have some experience with VIVA Elite and this Myvi's suspension is way beyond Viva. 1.3 L engine is powerful enough. Saved some fuel due to engine auto start/stop function. Thanks again Wahdah. This is my 3rd time with you and you've never let me down. Highly recommended.

Plus points include 1. The online booking was easy ( user-friendly); 2. Online support was rather prompt & helpful, making it easy to make decisions; 3. Support staff (involved in handing over/receiving returning rental car was excellent in terms of professionalism (ie punctuality, providing helpful information & clarifying doubts). However, there are rooms for improvement on the conditions of the car in terms of car seats cushion could have been in a better condition & existing scratches on car body requiring touch up. I would have given a 5-star rating were it not for these aesthetic non-functional (to be improved) car conditions. Overall, I'm pleased with Wahdah & I foresee future dealings with Wahdah! :o

Superb experience and great service!

Booking is very easy as the website interface is easy to navigate and easy to use. Car allocation was send via email. And the drop off key at wahdah office was a good idea.. Vehicle was well maintained. Looks new. Inside is very clean. Overall satisfied. This is my 5th time rental with wahdah

I think i made a mistake as I remember I picked Rm138 for myvi and end up being pade for Rm170/day. nonetheless, its good platform.

Service is excellent. We had some problems with the brakes upon reaching KL, but only managed to report the problem the next morning. They immediately sent a staff from KL to check on the car, and sent it for repair on the spot. Though we had to wait for two hours, we were compensated another two hours on the rental period. They apologized for the shortcoming and we were happy with the quick recovery service they provided. They are extremely on time to send and pick up the vehicle, and ensures safety and comfort first.
