I am impressed with the smooth transaction and effective communication Wahdah and its heroes offered. The car is super clean and new. I am not familair with Malaysian made car that I do not know how to operate most lock/unlock and many other functions. The Hero explains to me with videos. Very helpful. They are punctual and very very much earlier than scheduled time to prepare to wait for us in case we want to return car earlier. In-car facility is basic, I feel handicapped without reverse camera, rearview stream viewer....

Overall have had very pleasant experience in all dealings / interactions with different staff attending to us . Car is clean and engine is in good condition, except wipers ,May be tyres too ( thread )can be better incase of wet weather/ surface road .

Please do marking for the car with originally scratched to prevent uncomfortable feelings

Car quality was pretty bad. Lots of outer damage. Internally had fault codes on dash and windscreen was blurry due to tinting or some other issue.

All are good until the last day of my rental of the car. I can’t turn on the car and the gear box is not working as well due to battery dead. I had contacted the person in charge but due to urgency of the trip we just tried to recharge the battery ourself… hope the company can look into this issue seriously and take precautionary measures to make sure the car is in good condition before handed to us.
