Best car rental ever. I love their top notch service and fast responses. My car had some issues with the aircon and the team immediately set out to find a car which could fit my family’s travelling criteria. In the end they exchanged my car with one from the highest tier, without charging me a top up. This was my 4th or 5th time renting a car from them and it definitely will not be my last. Iskandar is very nice. When handing to us he told us some basic things to watch when driving in kuching. He even gave me parking coupons to use. He has been very responsive. He sent a guy to help within 30 min when the car battery is dead. He swapped us another car to use when our rented car needed a coupon hours of maintenance service. A very smooth experience with the rental car in our 1 month stay in kuching.
