We were really pleased with how good direct communication was with WAHDAH via WhatsApp. And how everything worked out so well with delivery of the car to our pick up point at Terreganu airport and how simple the return procedure was. Direct communication worked so much better than our efforts to book via the WAHDAH online system which we found frustrating. And it was so refreshing to deal with a car hire company that is honest from the beginning about their price and what is included, with no surprise additions later in the process.

Overall, it was a good and seamless experience. One area of improvement is the presence of someone at the Wahdah Central Hub to receive rental returns at 7.30 am. I understand that the person in charge was out for delivery of the car to the customer and therefore, no one was in the office. It was just something minor and will not stop me from renting from Wahdah again.
